About us
MC5: where design becomes a furnishing element
Contract upholstery services for furniture companies, architects and designers
MC5 was founded in Conegliano (TV) in 1999 as a family business dedicated to contract production of upholstered furniture for the furniture and office furnishing sectors.
The company’s rapid expansion soon required the involvement of the founder’s children, who immediately began transferring their craftsmanship experience into the development of functional and design prototypes for companies, architecture firms, and designers both in Italy and abroad.
In 2020, MC5 relocated to Oderzo (TV), where it operates within a 3,500 square meter facility currently employing 19 staff members. The facility is equipped with an automatic cutting plant, specific upholstery equipment, various types of machines for manual fabric sewing, and a large warehouse for logistical management of incoming components and finished products ready for delivery.
The heritage of craftsmanship, characterized by design flexibility, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, remains our hallmark today. Every day, we enrich this legacy with utmost production efficiency and certified quality of fabrics and components used.
Why opt for contract upholstery services?
MC5’s contract upholstery service allows furniture companies to outsource the management costs associated with mass production of upholstered products, while also benefiting from technical expertise and design capabilities during prototype development and sampling.
We give substance to every form of upholstered furniture
MC5 has always collaborated with Italian and international furniture companies, architects, and designers to provide contract upholstery services that range from design to mass production of upholstered furnishings and accessories in leather and fabric.
